Safari Club

Located next to the historic mission on the continental side of the lagoon, this hotel was built in 1976 – initially as a sport hunting lodge. There are 20 rooms set in 15 acres of very well kept gardens. The bungalows are cozy and comfortable, are air-conditioned and include a terrace overlooking panoramic views of the lagoon. The site is spectacular, very tranquil, and an ideal weekend retreat or longer holiday destination. The hotel has a swimming pool, a restaurant, a landing port, and a power boat, so should soon be able to offer relaxation and activities on the lagoon, such as tours and sport fishing. The site has been under major renovation and a new management team is taking over. Phone: 07 42 63 55. Rooms start at 15,000 cfa.
